About the role

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service workshop and lead a team of 8–10 technicians. You will plan the work, ensure efficient workflows, and follow up on results with a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and productivity. You will serve as an important link between staff, customers, and management – and thrive on taking responsibility, prioritizing, and creating structure in everyday life.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on the daily work
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle warranty and insurance matters
• Be responsible for meetings, reporting, and administration
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal functions

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership within truck workshops or heavy vehicles
• Is structured, communicative, and enjoys responsibility
• Has good IT skills and finds it easy to adapt to new systems
• Is used to working independently and making decisions

Highly meritorious: Experience with systems such as MANTIS, Kobra, or Palette, experience in leadership within heavy truck workshops/bus workshops.
