Are you a confident leader with a passion for vehicles, people, and structure in everyday life? We are currently looking for a team leader for a reputable service workshop for heavy vehicles in Southern Stockholm.
Here you will have the opportunity to combine operational leadership with planning, customer contact, and follow-up – in an environment where quality, pace, and team spirit are at the center.
About the role
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service workshop and lead a team of 8–10 technicians. You will plan the work, ensure efficient workflows, and follow up on results with a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and productivity. You will serve as an important link between staff, customers, and management – and thrive on taking responsibility, prioritizing, and creating structure in everyday life.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and follow up on the daily work
- Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle warranty and insurance matters
- Be responsible for meetings, reporting, and administration
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal functions
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in leadership within truck workshops or heavy vehicles
- Is structured, communicative, and enjoys responsibility
- Has good IT skills and finds it easy to adapt to new systems
- Is used to working independently and making decisions
Highly meritorious: Experience with systems such as MANTIS, Kobra, or Palette, experience in leadership within heavy truck workshops/bus workshops.
